Yogoman is opening at 5:30pm Wednesday July 1st for world class reggae legends Third World. The event will be taking place at Downtown Sounds, Bellingham's most celebrated Summertime free and all-ages community concert series. Jordan Rain/Yogoman, the band's composer, arranger, lead singing drummer and Jacqueline Rae on backing vocals and bongos, have been on the road for 4 months, spending most of that time doing musical work in New Orleans, LA. They are coming back to Bellingham stronger than ever, debuting an all star band including reggae bassist Tom Mackerness, a 4 piece horn section comprised of Jimmy Austin, Will Glazier, Daniel DeLisle and Sara Covert-Bolds, family daughters on backing vocals -Meixing Rain & Chloe Howard, and Miles Harris, one of the best up and coming guitar players in the region. Celebrating 10 years as a band, Yogoman will be showcasing a dynamic stage show never seen before.
